BRAHMA VIHARA ARAMA
in the community known as Banjar Buddhist Vihara, which is the largest Buddhist temple in Bali.
This monastery is located in the hills of Banjar Tegeha, the village of
Banjar, Banjar sub district, Buleleng regency is located approximately
22 kilometers west of Singaraja, and 11 Km from the tourist area Lovina.
Because the mountainous region is located, Brahmavihara-Arama
atmosphere of calm and peace so harmonious as the true location of the
spiritual area. The road to Brahmavihara-Arama region can be in use by various types of motor vehicles.
Moreover there are hot springs at Banjar crowded, so Brahmavihara-Arama
is becoming increasingly known and the object of the visit of tourists,

on a visit to Brahmavihara-Arama.
The
origin and history of Brahmavihara-Buddhist Vihara Arama Banjar or a
new temple was built through the middle of the 20th century AD,
precisely in 1960 and completed in 1970, the then newly inaugurated
around 1973.
Before located in the hills of Banjar Tegeha, Banjar hot water around

In broad outline Brahmavihara-Arama complex consists of five buildings
as follows: (1) Because Upasatha; located the peak of the hill west

Same Buddha (Nirvana).

(3) Stupa; was a building that resembles a giant bell, which is located
in the northwest corner, the sides are made of concrete, carved in
bas-reliefs astonishing beauty.
